Pay per form. Volume pricing is automatic — the more forms in a filing, the lower the per-form price. Every fee is itemized in your cart before you pay.
One price, everything done: e-filed with the IRS, the recipient's copy printed and mailed by USPS, and state e-filing via the IRS CF/SF program included free.

Brackets are marginal: each rate applies only to the forms inside its own bracket, so 300 forms cost the first bracket's rate for the first forms, the next bracket's for the next, and so on — the deeper rate is never applied backwards over the earlier ones. Membership is its own rate schedule, not a discount off these, so a member pays less in every bracket.

E-File transmits to the IRS. Print & Mail furnishes the recipient copy by USPS. The full filing bundle does both — and includes state e-filing via CF/SF at no charge.
Membership
Every membership tier gets the same member filing rates — its own bracket schedule, starting at $1.79/form and falling with volume (the member column above), so a member pays less at every volume rather than only at the entry rate, and W-9/W-8 requests & instant TIN checks at $0.45 each (vs $1.00 list). The tiers differ in team seats and add-on allotments: Teams includes 50 free of each a year, Enterprise is unlimited.

Add-ons & other filings
- Instant IRS TIN check — $0.95 per recipient or payer. Real-time results in seconds, not the 24–48 hours typical elsewhere.
- Request W-9 — $1.00 per recipient on the Free tier (secure link, e-signature, data flows straight into the 1099). Members pay the $0.45 rate; Pro includes 25 free/yr, Teams includes 50 free/yr, Enterprise unlimited. W-9 campaigns (send hundreds at once, automatic reminder chasing, recipients created from submissions) use the same per-request pricing — the campaign tool itself is free.
- Corrections — $4.99 per corrected e-filing (all tiers); add $1.85 when a corrected paper copy is mailed. Every filing keeps a full version history.
- B-notice management — $0.95 per notice on Free, $0.45 for members (same as a TIN check). We flag the name/TIN mismatch, generate the IRS-compliant First/Second B-notice letter (a First notice encloses a W-9) and track the 15-business-day response clock. Teams includes 50 free per year; Enterprise unlimited.
- Online access / eDelivery — $0.49 per electronically filed form: recipients self-serve their copy from a secure portal. Portal access is included automatically with e-file services; print & mail adds paper delivery.
- Prior-year originals — $8.25 per 1099.
